Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients: Serves 2

  • ¾ C. canned organic pumpkin
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 C. almond milk
  • 3 heaping spoonfuls of cashew/almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (or to taste)

Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth!

This CORE PLAN smoothie can be served as breakfast, dessert, or mid-day snack!
